        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to correct the 1st
   paragraph in the judgment to read as "The petitioner's land having an
   extent of 0.0122 Hectares was acquired as part of Kozhikode City
   Improvement Project. The petitioner was granted compensation of Rs
   1,65,037/-"so as to meet the ends of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 29-07-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.A.SALIL
   NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner in IA/WP(C) and of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for the respondents in IA/WP(C) the court passed the following:
