                             JUDGMENT

After going through the order impugned(Ext.P4) and after

hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that

Ext.P4 order has been decided in a proper manner and there needs

no interference under law.

Therefore, the original petition is dismissed, leaving open the

right of the petitioner to file an appeal or review petition or a fresh

suit, subject to the limitation permitted as per Ext.P4 order.
