                               ORDER

This Review Petition is filed to review

the judgment dated 01.07.2024 in W.P.

(C).No.33572/2018. The short point raised by the

Government Pleader is that even though this

Court set aside Ext.P4 and directed to consider

the revision, this Court has not granted liberty

to the revisional authority to decide the

maintainability of the revision before the Land

Revenue Commissioner. I am of the considered

opinion that, for that purpose, the judgment

need not be reviewed. The revisional authority

is free to decide the review petition in

accordance with law including the

maintainability of the same.
