JUDGMENT
Dated this the 10th day of October, 2024
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
"i) Call for the records leading upto Ext.P12 and to quash
the decision contained therein to deliver the postal
articles addressed to the BSS Educational Society and the
Manager of the schools under the Society, to the 4 th
respondent.
ii) Declare that the petitioner in his capacity as the
President of the BSS Educational Society, which is the
Educational Agency, is entitled to fuction as Manager of
the Schools coming under the corporate management of
the society, till the approval of the Manager by the
Educational Authorities.
iii) Declare that the petitioner is entitled in his capacity as
the President of the BSS Educational Society, to receive
all postal articles addressed to the Society and to the
Manager of the Schools under the Society.
iv) Grant such other further reliefs as may be prayed for
and which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the
circumstances to grant ."
3. When the matter taken up for consideration today, the
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no
more and the writ petition may be closed leaving open the legal
contentions raised by any other person in the capacity as the

President of BSS Educational Society, if the situation warrants.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed leaving open the
legal contentions, if any, to be raised by any other person in the
capacity as the President of BSS Educational Society.
