JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking expeditious
disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.183 of 2024 pending before the
Munsiff's Court, Ottappalam.
2. When the matter came up for consideration on 04.10.2024 this
Court has called for a report from the trial court concerned regarding the
present status of I.A.No.1 of 2024 wherein it is reported that the said
application is seeking temporary injunction and it is posted to 19.10.2024.
The court has sought for two weeks time to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024.
Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I
am inclined to dispose of the above original petition with a direction to the
Munsiff's Court, Ottappalam to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.183
of 2024 without any delay, preferably within the time limit sought for in the
report.
Original petition is disposed of as above.
