        This Criminal Misc. case coming on for admission, upon persuing the
   petition and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. C.M.MOHAMMED IQUABAL,
   Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 1st
   respondent, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd accused is already acquitted and the petitioner wants to produce a copy of the judgment. The Registry will also get a report from the trial Court and find out whether the case against the petitioner is still pending and if it is pending, the stage of the case and present number of the case.

Post along with the report on 22.10.2024.
