        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the warrant of arrest/ personal execution in Exhibit P1 pending as EP No.
   62/2018 in O.S 18/2015 in the file of Munsiff Court, Kayamkulam, during
   the pendency of the Original Petition (C).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   13.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.RENJITHKUMAR & CLARA
   SHERIN FRANCIS, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.R.REJI,
