                             JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 3rd day of October, 2024)

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following reliefs:

"i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P-2 request for revision of timings in respect of stage carriage, KL-56-N-3160 operating on the route Pakara Kottakkal, within a reasonable time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court,

ii) grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case."

2. Learned Government Pleader submits that the

petitioner's application shall be considered within a period

of two months after hearing all the affected parties.

Considering the said stand of the learned

Government Pleader, the present writ petition is disposed of

with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass

necessary orders on the petitioner's application in Ext.P2

for revision of timings within a period of two months, in

accordance with the law, after hearing all affected parties.
