                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner is seeking correction of his name in the

Aadhar card from 'Ratheesh R.S' to 'Ratheesh Thampi R.S'.

For this purpose, the petitioner effected Ext.P1 gazette

notification and thereafter, submitted Ext.P2 application. The

prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 1 st respondent to

process Ext.P2 application expeditiously.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Central Government Counsel.

Considering the limited relief sought, the writ petition

is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to take up and

process Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner, for

changing his name in the Aadhar card, within ten days of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
