           Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
      affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to
      re-open the above contempt case for rehearing, so as to secure the ends
      of justice.
           This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the
      application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's
      judgment dated 29/02/2024 in COC and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
      M.K. SUMOD, VIDYA M.K., RAJ CAROLIN V. & THUSHARA K., Advocates for the
      applicant in IA/petitioner in COC and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
      respondent in IA/COC, the court passed the following:
                                       ORDER

This is an application to re-open the contempt case.

Learned Government Pleader, upon instructions, submitted that, the

judgment has been complied with.

The said submission is recorded.

Hence, this petition to re-open the contempt case is closed.
