steps taken by it as per the directions contained in Ext.P1 judgment of
this Hon'ble Court, pending disposal of the above Original
Petition(Criminal).

petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the

ORDER
Petitioners allege that the Family Court, Nedumangad has not
proceeded with various petitions filed for recovery of maintenance
amounts. CMP Nos.402/2017, 127/2019, 555/2019, 265/2021,
651/2021, 253/2022, 721/2022 and 204/2023 in M.C.No.457/2015
are the petitions that are stated to be pending consideration.
2. In view of the above contention, the Registry shall get instructions
from the Family Court, Nedumangad as to whether the aforesaid
petitions are pending consideration, and if so, the stage of those
petitions.
