       Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
  affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
  thereby condoning the delay of 191 days in re-presenting the above appeal
  filed against the Award of the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Re-
  Settlement Authority, Alappuzha, The Hon'ble Additional District Judge-II,
  Alappuzha in LAR No.390/2019 dated 28.10.2023, after curing the defects.
       This Application coming up for orders on 06/11/2024, upon perusing
  the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon
  hearing the arguments of A.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the applicant and of
  GOVERNMENT PLEADER FOR R1(served on) and DSG OF INDIA FOR R2 (served
  on), the court on the same day passed the following:
                                     ORDER

The appellant has filed this application for the condonation of 191 days of delay in representing the appeal after curing the defect.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit supporting this application, I deem it appropriate to allow it. The application stands allowed.

The delay of 191 days in representing the appeal stands condoned.

The Registry to number the appeal and post for hearing.
