        Original Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the
   circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the O.P.(C) the
   High Court be pleased to stay the operation /execution of Ext.P-10
   and order that all interim orders of attachment operating as on the date
   of Ext P-10 order to continue operating, pending disposal of this Original
   Petition-Civil.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
