        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of impugned judgment and decree in OS.No.526/2014 on the file of Munsiff
   Court, Kochi and AS.No.28/2017 on the file of Sub Court, Kochi pending
   disposal of this Regular Second Appeal, for the reach of ends of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
   02.08.2024 in IA.No.1/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
