                              JUDGMENT

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner for seeking the

following reliefs :-

i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate

writ, direction or order directing the respondent to consider

and dispose Exhibit. P2 application submitted by the

petitioner for revision of timings on the route Varkala -

Kadakavur - Chirayankil with his stage carriage KL-38/K

9719, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and

interested operators, forthwith, or at any rate within a time

limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of

justice;

ii) to dispense with the vernacular documents

iii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order

which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the

case.

2. The petitioner, who is a stage carriage operator seeks

expeditious disposal of Ext.P2 application preferred by him

before the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on

behalf of the respondent.

4. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader

that, Ext.P2 application preferred by the petitioner can be

considered and disposed of within a period of two months from

today.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of

directing that Ext.P2 shall be considered and disposed of within a

period of two months as undertaken above, after affording an

opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as any other

persons interested.
