        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 23 of 2015 in O.P (Arbitration) No. 24
   of 2011 on the file of the Honourable District Court, Thodupuzha, pending
   disposal of this Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   8.4.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. S.SREEKUMAR, Senior
   Advocate along with M/S G.G.MANOJ & S.SARATH PRASAD, Advocates for the
   petitioners and of M/S P.B. KRISHNAN Senior Advocate alongwith M.P.RAMNATH
   & , Advocates for the respondents 1 & 2, the court passed the following:
