   direct the Hon'ble Employees Compensation Commissioner (Industrial
   Tribunal), Thrissur to keep in abeyance the proceedings envisaged as per
   Exhibit P5, pending disposal of this Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   20.03.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S ANUPAMA SUBRAMANIAN &
