THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
31.05.2024, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 19637 OF 2024
                                 2

                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner, being aggrieved by the denial of his claim

to promote him as the Headmaster of the School managed by

the 3rd respondent, has approached this Court with this writ

petition. It is pointed out that, overlooking the legitimate claim

of the petitioner, the fourth respondent has been appointed. In

such circumstances, the petitioner submitted Ext.P3

representation which is now pending before the first

respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for a

direction to the first respondent to take up and to pass

appropriate orders thereon.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of,

directing the first respondent to take up Ext.P3 and pass

appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, after

hearing the petitioner, the 3rd and 4th respondents. The orders in WP(C) NO. 19637 OF 2024

this regard shall be passed two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
