        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed on the
   Revision Petitioner vide Judgment dated 07.05.2024 in Crl.Appeal
   No.43/2024 in the Court of II nd Additional Sessions Judge, Kozhikode
   Division and the Judgment dated 27.01.2024 in S.T.No.12/2022 on file of
   the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class - II, Nadapuram, pending
   disposal of the above Revision Petition, thus rendering justice.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANOOP JOSEPH, ZERENE LINDA MITCHEL,
   ASWANI THUVVAKKADAN, SURESH BABU V.C., LIYA JOSE, Advocates for the
   petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second respondent, the Court
   passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Sentence on the petitioner will stand suspended on executing a bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate within one month and also on deposit of 20% of the cheque amount within that time.
