Placing reliance on the judgment of the Kerala

Administrative Tribunal, it is submitted by the learned counsel

for the review petitioner that the tribunal has observed that 11

vacancies were reduced out of 15 vacancies during staff

fixation 2023-2024. Therefore, it is submitted that

presumably there were 4 vacancies and these vacancies were

reported to the PSC. The learned Government Pleader is

directed to get instructions in this regard.
