                              JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Sri.John Mani V. -

learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, submitted that,

the demand made by his client against the petitioner, as covered

by Ext.P3, which is to a sum of Rs.14,36,113/- as on 01.05.2024;

and that if they are willing to pay the same in not more than 12

equal monthly instalments, his client will not stand in the way of

this Court disposing of this writ petition on such terms.

2. Sri.Venugopal M.R. - learned counsel for the petitioner,

fully agreed to the afore and prayed that this Writ Petition be

thus ordered.

In the afore circumstances, I allow this Writ Petition,

granting liberty to the petitioner to pay the total dues as covered

by Ext.P3, namely, Rs.14,36,113/- as on 01.05.2024, with all

applicable charges and interest, in 12 equal monthly instalments

commencing from 30.06.2024. If this is done, the respondent

shall close the loan account and remove lien marked on the bank

accounts of the petitioner.

Needless to say, as long as the petitioner pays as per the

above directions, all further action pursuant to Exts.P1 and P3

will stand deferred; but if they default payment of any two

instalments as ordered above, the respondent will be at full

liberty to invoke appropriate remedies for recovery of the total

balance amount as per law, without having to obtain any further

orders from this Court.
