The petitioner, who is the Headmistress of A.M.L.P.School,

Kottapparambu, Malappuram, and is also holding the charge of

conducting the Free Noon Meals Scheme of the school has

approached the 2nd respondent by submitting Ext.P4, highlighting

certain grievance in the matter of conduct of Free Noon Meal

Scheme in the said school.

2. Limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for an

expeditious disposal of Ext.P4 by the 2nd respondent. Apparently

disputes are concerned with certain difference of opinion

between the petitioner and the 4th respondent Manager.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner. this

writ petition is disposed of directing the 2 nd respondent to take

up Ext.P4, consider the grievance highlighted by the petitioner

and pass appropriate orders thereon, after hearing the petitioner

and the 4th respondent. Every endeavor shall be made to sort out

the issues amicably so as to ensure that no interruptions are

caused to the implementation of the Free Noon Meal Scheme to
