                                          ORDER

The above bail application has been posted before me as per order

dated 23.04.2024 by another learned single Judge relying on the judgments

of the Apex Court in Rajpal v. State of Rajasthan, 2023 Live Law SC 1066

and Kusha Duruka v. State of Odisha, 2024 (1) KHC 389. But when the

matter was taken up for consideration the learned standing counsel for the

respondent would submit that the petitioner, who is accused no.13, has

earlier approached this Court filing B.A.No.426 of 2023 along with other

accused persons and the same was rejected as per order dated 16.02.2023.

Therefore, Registry may place this matter before the learned Judge who

passed orders on B.A.No.426 of 2023.

Post on 23.05.2024 along with B.A.No.2008 of 2024.
