          THIRUPPUR DISTRICT, TAMILNADU, PIN - 641604

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an interim
   order staying the operation and execution of the judgment and decree dated
   29/11/2023 in O.S No.153/2022 of the Court of the Additional Subordinate
   Judge, Palakkad pending result of the above Regular First Appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
   22/03/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.JACOB SEBASTIAN,
   SRI.WINSTON K.V, SMT.ANU JACOB, Advocates for the petitioners, the court
   passed the following:
