Petitioner claims the benefit of acquittal of the co-accused, who

were tried in C.C.No.653 of 2010 before the Judicial First Class

Magistrate's Court-III, Kozhikode. Though the certified copy of the

judgment is stated to have been applied for, till date it has not been

provided.

In such circumstances, Registry shall obtain a copy of the judgment

in C.C.No.653 of 2010 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's

Court-III, Kozhikode and place it on the files of this case for

consideration, at the earliest.
