        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to pass an interim direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provisionally
   report the 36 vacancies in the post of Assistant Engineer, subject to the
   result of the writ appeal.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 21/05/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 27/03/2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:

Learned Standing Counsel for the KSEB submitted that the affidavit in pursuance of the order dated 27.03.2024 has been filed.
