                              JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

"i) Call for the records.

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or direction directing the 1st respondent to issue NOC to obtain lease quarry permit of Government quarry on Sy No.72/2 of Pattazhi Village and Sy.Nos.330/1, 329/3 & 329/4 of Kadackal Village in the light of circular issued by Kerala Pollution Control Board dated 06-

08-2014.

iii) To grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for at the time of hearing and the court may deem fit.

iv) To grant costs of this writ petition." [SIC]

This writ petition is pending before this Court from 2016

onwards. No interim order is passed in this case. Probably,

prayers in this writ petition might have been infructuous.

Moreover, there is no representation for the petitioners. The

writ petition need not be retained here. Therefore, this writ

petition closed as infructuous.
