     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to pass an interim order staying the implementation and operation of
Exhibit P-10 common order in CP No.3 to 16/09 and Ext.P14 demand notice
pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.
     This   Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 21/05/2024 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's Order dated
14/02/2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/petitioner submits

that in pursuance to the order dated 14.02.2024 of this Court, the

retrenchment compensation has been paid to all the party respondents.

But learned counsel representing the respondents submitted that only

few have been given, but not all.

Though an affidavit dated 14.03.2024 has been filed, it does not

disclose the details of payment. Therefore, the learned counsel for the

appellant/petitioner is directed to file a fresh affidavit stating the details

of each and every compensation that has been disbursed to the

respondents with details of those who received the same.

Post on 12.06.2024.
