                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the absolute owner of

10.07 Ares of land comprised in Survey

No.129/84 in Block No.11 of Moodadi Village,

Koyilandy Taluk in Kozhikode District out of

which 6.05 Ares is shown as Nanja in the revenue

records. He has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the 2nd respondent/Revenue

Divisional Officer to consider and pass orders

on Ext.P3, Form-6 application filed under the

Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland

Rules, 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case

and taking into consideration that Ext.P3 is a

statutory application, this writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to the 2 nd

respondent/RDO to consider and pass orders WP(C) NO. 16642 OF 2024

thereon, in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of four months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
