Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to i) issue a direction directing the third respondent to issue
the certificate in Ext.P11 format in order to submit application for the
post of junior clerk as per the Ext.P10 notification, which is applicable
to in-service candidates of primary co-operative societies, affiliated
with the Kerala State Co-operative Bank, ii) stay all further proceedings
pursuant to Ext.P5 as it is issued without jurisdiction, pending disposal
of the writ petition.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.P.N.MOHANAN, C.P.SABARI, AMRUTHA SURESH, GILROY ROZARIO, P.N.MOHANAN,

ORDER
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
petitioners that, the petitioners are still continuing in
service.
In the light of the said submission, there will be an
interim order directing the 3rd respondent to issue service
certificate in Ext.P11 format, which is applicable to
in-service candidates of Primary Co-operative Societies
affiliated with the Kerala State Co-operative Bank.
The learned Government Pleader to get instructions.
