     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the operation and implementation of the judgment in W.P.(c)No.
30401/2022 dated 16-1-2024 pending disposal of the Writ Appeal
     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 07/05/2024 upon
perusing the appeal memorandum, and this court's order dated 25/4/24, the
court on the same day passed the following:

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks time

to file a counter affidavit to I.A.No.1 of 2024 in the above writ

appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-

Bank submits that the Bank may be faced with contempt

proceedings, as the order dated 09-04-2024 requires the

respondent-Bank to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty

Lakhs Only) within two weeks from 09-04-2024.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant very fairly

submits that no contempt of court case will be filed till disposal of

I.A.No.1 of 2024.

List this matter for further consideration on 21-05-2024.
