                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 3rd day of May, 2024

The petitioner is the registered owner of an

articulated heavy goods vehicle bearing registration No.KL-42-

E-207. The motor vehicle tax was in arrears in respect of the

said vehicle.

2. The petitioner moved Ext.P3 representation before

respondents 1 and 2, requesting payment of the arrears in

respect of the motor vehicle in instalments. The limited prayer

of the petitioner is to give a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

as well as the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is

disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider

and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation, after hearing the

petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of copy of this judgment.
