                               ORDER

This Transfer Petition has been filed to transfer O.P.No.675/2023

pending before the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Thrissur.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is

no appearance for the respondents inspite of the service of notice.

3. Altogether three cases are pending between the parties.

O.P.No.675/2023 filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal rights is

pending before the Family Court, Pala, while M.C.No.336/2022 filed by

the wife for maintenance and GOP No.1915/2023 filed by the husband

for custody of the child are pending before the Family Court, Thrissur.

Since all three matters are connected, it is just and proper that all the

cases are tried and disposed of by the same Court. The wife is residing at

Thrissur.

4. Hence, O.P.No.675/2023 pending on the file of Family

Court, Pala is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur for

trial and disposal along with M.C.No.336/2022 and GOP No.1915/2023.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed.
