        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in E.A No. 48 of 2024 in EP No. 260/2020 in O.S
   No. 310 of 2006 before the Munsiff Court, Wadakanchery pending disposal of
   the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S ARUN KUMAR.P, AMBIKA RADHAKRISHNAN & KAVYA SURESH, Advocates for the
   petitioner, the court passed the following:

The Munsiff Court, Vadakkancherry is directed to issue certified copy of the order in E.A No. 48/2024 to the petitioner forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondents through special messenger.

Post on 08-04-2024. Till then, delivery of the property is deferred.
