Contempt of Court Case (C) No.1304 of 2024

                                             ORDER

When this Contempt of Court Case came up for

consideration on 07.06.2024, the learned Government

Pleader seeks time to get instructions because it is

submitted that the hearing is over and no order is passed.

2. Today also, the learned Government Pleader

submitted that the orders are not passed and some more

time is necessary. I am not satisfied by the above

explanation.

3. Therefore, the respondent will appear before this

Court through video conference on 17.07.2024. In the

meanwhile, if the directions are complied or the judgment is

varied or modified, the appearance is dispensed with.

4. Issue a copy of this order to the learned

Government Pleader, who will communicate the same to the

respondent.
