     This First appeal from orders having come up for orders along with
connected cases on 11.06.2024, upon perusing the appeal memorandum and
this court's judgment dated 20/09/2023, the court on the same day passed
the following:

                                            ORDER

F.A.O.Nos.64 of 2022 and 65 of 2022 were disposed of on

20.09.2023, directing the Sub Court, Neyyattinkara, to expedite the

trial in O.S.No.36 of 2017 and pass a final judgment within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

2. The District Judge, Thiruvananthapuram, has forwarded a

request made by the Sub Judge, for extension of time by three months

to dispose of the case.

Taking into consideration the heavy load of work pending in that

Court, three months time is granted from today for disposal, as

directed in the judgment.
