                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is presently working as LPST in the School

managed by the 5th respondent, has approached this Court being

aggrieved by the denial of approval of her appointment pertaining to the

period from 01.06.2016 to 27.01.2019. Highlighting her grievances the

petitioner had already submitted Ext.P6, which is now pending before

the first respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is to

direct the first respondent to consider the same within a time frame.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ

petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the first respondent shall take

up Ext.P6 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed after hearing

the petitioner and the 5th respondent. Orders in this regard shall be

passed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
