                      JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following

reliefs:

"(i) issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing Ext.P4;

(ii) issue such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, including the costs of this Writ Petition."[SIC]

2. When this Writ petition came up for

consideration on 01.11.2017, this Court passed an

interim order staying the operation of Ext.P4. It is

submitted by the 2nd respondent that, based on the

above interim order, the students were already

allotted to the college of the petitioner. Hence,

both sides submitted that the prayers in this Writ

petition are infructuous.

Therefore, this Writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
