                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of June, 2024

The 1st petitioner is a Charitable Trust running

Educational Institution. The petitioners filed this writ petition

seeking the following relief:-

"Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, directing the respondents not to take physical possession of the College Premises for 3 months i.e. till 31.05.2024, in the interest of justice."

2. The petitioners have sought to direct the

respondents not to take physical possession of the College

premises till 31.05.2024. Since the date 31.05.2024 has

passed, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as

infructuous.
