Writ Petition (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass orders restraining the respondents herein, their men or
agents from levying or collection or deducting any tax from the salary of
the employees of the 5th respondent bank, in pursuance of section 17(2)
(viii) of the income tax act read with rule 3 (7)(i) of the income tax
rules and render justice.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
24.05.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.S.ARUN RAJ, Advocate for
the petitioner, the court passed the following:
