                            JUDGMENT

1. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is

that the 1st respondent is attempting to compound Crime

No.63/2020 of Kunnamangalam Excise Range, in which the

3rd respondent is an accused.

2. There is no appearance for the petitioner. The learned

Government Pleader on instruction submitted that the said

Crime was not compounded and final report is already filed

in the Magistrate Court concerned.

3. In view of the said submission, no further order is

required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition

is dismissed.
