Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
limit prescribed in the judgement dated 06.02.2024 in W.P.(C). No. 43733
of 2023 by a period of three months from 31.03.2024.
This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's final order
dated 06.02.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. O.D.SIVADAS,

ORDER
This is an application to condone the delay of 51 days in
filing the time extension petition.
2. Perusing the affidavit filed in support of this
application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 51
days in filing the time extension petition.
Accordingly, C.M.Appl.No.1 of 2024 is allowed and the
delay of 51 days in filing the time extension petition is condoned.
This is an application to extend the time limit prescribed in
the judgment dated 06.02.2024 in W.P.(C) No.43733/2023 by a
further period of three months from 31.03.2024. WP(C) No.43733/2023 3/4 Order Date : 04-06-2024
2. Perusing the affidavit filed in support of the I.A., I
am inclined to grant time as prayed for.
I.A. No.2 of 2024 is therefore allowed. The time limit
prescribed in the judgment is therefore extended by a period
of three months from 31.03.2024.
