           MALANKULAM, PAYYANAD P.O., MANJERI, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT - 676 122.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENTS:

           JASNA SHAYALA K., AGED 31 YEARS, D/O. SULAIMAN, FLAT NO.1B, YAMUNA
           NAGAR COLONY, NEAR KIRTADS, KOZHIKODE-673 017.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to modify the interim
   custody ordered by this Honourable court in judgment dated 12.04.2023 by
   granting him:

        i. interim custody on the 4th Saturday of each month also apart from
   the second Saturday ordered earlier.

        ii. interim custody for the second half of holidays with two
   consecutive days or more instead of five now ordered.

        iii. that further to the above, 75% of the vacation time (summer,
   pooja and winter) to be spent with the appellant.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
