        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the judgment dated 10.6.2022 in W.P.C No.6961 of
   2018 and the order dated 26/8/2022 in R.P.No.789 of 2022 during the
   pendency of the Writ Appeal for the fair play of justice.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 29/02/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order dated 22/02/2024,
   the Court on the same day passed the following:
