        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 4th respondent to consider Exhibit P7 along with the
   records and application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law
   and dispose the same within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble
   Court, pending disposal of the writ petition.
