             Contempt Case (C)No. 325 of 2024

Dated this the 23rd day of February, 2024

                          JUDGMENT

When this Contempt of Court case came up for

consideration, this Court passed an order on 05.02.2024

directing the respondent to appear through video conference.

Today, the learned Government Pleader submitted that, the

directions are complied with and an order is passed. It is also

submitted that, now the officer concerned has to submit the bill.

If this is the position, I think there is no need to continue the

Contempt of Court case. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court

case is closed.
