                          JUDGMENT

When this Contempt of Court Case came up for

consideration it is submitted that, a writ appeal is filed against

the judgment and the Division Bench stayed the contempt

proceedings. If that is the case, I am of the view that, the

Contempt of Court case can be closed with liberty to the

petitioner to reopen the contempt case, if there is any further

violation after the disposal of writ appeal. Therefore, the

Contempt of Court case is closed with liberty to the petitioner

to reopen the contempt case, if there is any further violation.
