        This Regular second appeal again having come up for orders on
   20.02.2024, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                         O R D E R

It appears that, in this matter, there is an element of settlement involves, since the dispute is regarding receipt of money on the basis of Ext.A1 document. Since both parties are ready for mediation, parties are referred to mediation.

Therefore, both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, attached to this Court,on 13.03.2024 at 10.00 a.m. The Nodal Officer, Mediation Centre, is directed to effectuate mediation and file report on or before 27.03.2024.

Post on 27.03.2024. The decree holder may not insist execution of decree till 27.03.2024.
