                                     JUDGMENT

The petitioner is before this Court complaining of police

harassment.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted

that a complaint was lodged before the police by a lady by name Jhansi

complaining that her late husband had executed certain agreements in

favour of the petitioner and a certain Biju and money had been transferred

into the joint account. On receipt of the complaint, the authority has

looked into the matter and has advised the parties to approach the Civil

Court.

In that view of the matter, nothing further survives. This writ

petition is closed.
