        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   implementation of the Decrees and Judgments dated 27.10.2018 and
   15.12.2022 in Original Suit No.377 of 2013 on the file of the Honourable
   Court of the Subordinate Judge,Ernakulam,and in Appeal Suit No.9 of 2019
   on the file of the Honourable Court of the I Additional District
   Judge,Ernakulam respectively,during the pendency of the above Regular
   Second Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 18.01.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.GEORGE
   ZACHARIAH ERUTHICKEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.P.K.RAGHAVAN,
   Advocate for respondents 1 & 2 and of SRI.D.G.VIPIN, Standing Counsel for
   Respondent No.3, the court passed the following:
